Well, as you can see, it is basketball season again here on base. Collin has been playing for a few weeks now and he LOVES it. There are a few fifth graders like him and the rest are 6th graders. Collin already knew most of the players and that made it even more fun.

I love this picture. I did take these pictures to get some good shots of him, but I had an ulterior motive as well. I haven't had a chance yet to try out the fast action setting on the new camera. I played around with it and learned a lot. Action shots like these will be much better in outdoor light, that is why a lot of these ended up blurry.
His good friend Leigha is on the team too.
Now, we tease TIffer for having the Dean-family-stick-out-your-tongue-whenever-you-concentrate-on-anything gene, but there were several shots tonight showing that gene didn't bypass the oldest Smith child! :)
