Lurking?

Lurking. A new computer word added to my vocabulary in my 30's. Means to read someones blog on a regular basis without leaving comments. Well, I am sure that is one of many meanings, but that is what I am going with here.

I will admit it. I am a lurker. There are several blogs I read if not daily, then weekly, and the majority I have never left a comment on.

I have discovered the world of Mommy-blogging. To many to even count. Blog sites where moms, well, BLOG! Some are hysterical. I am addicted. Some are scary. Came across one lady, who had obviously had it with the mess her husband and kids made. SO she took photos, created their own blog sites , The Messy Husband, and the Not Neat Kids, and posted DAILY photos of the messes they made and left. Every day, new pictures of stuff added to the piles and not put away. She was just waiting to see when they would decide to put it away. It never happened and I stopped looking after one afternoon when I had picked up the boys room and I walked back in and saw the mess and my first reaction was to go get the camera. Stopping that blog was a GOOD thing!

Anyway, Kaitlynn asked me the other day who reads this? I know our family does, the grandparents love it and they are who we started it for. But it has grown. We are getting a lot of hits, and I, like my daughter, am curious.

So, as an experiment, if you happen to read this, you don't have to leave a long comment. Just your first name, last name is optional, and the state or country you are in.

I will start with the few I KNOW are readers and we will just keep adding to the list! You can e-mail me as well and I will add you to the list.
