Snow Day!

Yes, that is a frozen, cold and tired Kaebrie above. Couldn't resist snapping that - she looked so different from her usual self.
After many unfulfilled promises of snow, it finally happened! We got 3 inches, not as much as last year, but enough to cancel school for a day and enough to play in.

It started at night!
And by the next day there was enough for a snowman and some snow ball fighting!
Daddy and Yazzi enjoyed it too! (I just love this picture)

Collin asked for a picture with his snowman....
SO then Kaebrie wanted one too, but Yazzi had other ideas.....get the hat....
and play chase !!!!!
Then Collin tackled his snowman!

It didn't stand a chance!
Any ball will do for Yazzi, even one made out of snow.

The girls kept breaking off icicles and bringing them inside to water my plant. I thought it made for an interesting picture.

Kitty didn't go out in the snow, but she had not had her picture taken in awhile. As you can see, she had changed a LOT. And so has her name. Duckie to Hawk to Lil'Bit is now Little g. Or just "g" for short.
She will be G when she gets bigger. She is FULL on energy and personality.

An unexpected fun day at home with the family. All the extra wet clothes and laundry was well worth it.
