Tonight at AWANA, it was CRAZY Hair Night!
Christopher had to be persuaded, but the other 3 were really excited to go a bit crazy with their hair.
Would this one be a good Christmas card picture??
:)
Even baby Elizabeth had to have a hair decoration.
They LOVE AWANA. We are really going to miss the program. Maybe I can talk someone else into getting it up and running.
Even though the boys had showers this morning before church, they will need another one tonight to get all that hair gel out.
It has been a semi-productive weekend. Sam got all the faux brick walls we painted primed and I finished the boys closet and our bedroom. Now all the closets and drawers and shelves IN the house have been gone through. WHEW.
Now......... for the garage. Good Grief. So many piles of stuff. So much to go through. All the fabric I put up 3 years ago has to come down. (Remember, we live in our garage, turned it into a family room so we could have more space, so there is carpet on the floor, and fabric staple- gunned to all the wood). Now, Idaho has some great things, but a major "not so great thing" is the spiders.
I do not like spiders!!!!!!!! There are some HUGE ones, and some that are so fast they can outrun you. There are always lots of spider webs to knock down, so I KNOW, I am totally convinced, that there are many, many of them in layers upon layers of spider webs, just hanging out in all that space behind the stapled up fabric, and they have been having a party and multiplying for over 3 years.
I told Sam tonight, in a nice tone of voice, that I was not going to have any part of taking all that material down. I would not be in the room, and I would not return until all the walls were void of all fabric, all spiders and all webs.
He took it well. :)
